Nature Walk
One of the most useful lessons a spell caster can learn is normal walk on the nature and familiarity with its rich gifts. Wherever you live on the sea-shore, in a forest or in a big city, you can always find time to chat with nature. Plan small picnic outdoors. Swab on the ground, and infuse the nature's energyy into yourself in silence and listen to secrets that the wind whispers. Hug a tree. Talk with flowers. You will be surprised to learn that.
When you have a specific concern or want to think about important issues, the walk helps to calm down and regain mental equilibrium. At the very nature meditate.
