The Four Breaths Technique
The main objective of the technique is to release the body and mind, and it must be done before the rituals and meditations. There are many complex techniques, but this one is pretty simple, suitable for almost everyone. It consists of four short breaths and breath outs. Sit down comfortably, breathe, as described above. Four consecutive inhales and exhales requires about 3 seconds. There should be no strain. If you do not keep up, then slow breathing, but breathe on 4. Perhaps you notice a slight dizziness, especially at the beginning. Train on a minute during the week, then increase training to 5 minutes. This technique is very simple and useful. It helps to relax, relieve tension and to concentrate.
